How long does production take?

This product is usually made and dispatched in 3 working days once your artwork is approved. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch (£9.95, free on orders over £150 incl. VAT), or choose next day delivery for £14.95 at checkout.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG or TIFF files, up to 50MB. For best results, supply vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). If you need design help, just let us know.

Do you offer installation?

Yes, on request. Tick installation at checkout and our team will be in touch to arrange it and confirm the price.

Can I get a sample first?

We can provide material samples for most products. Get in touch and we'll send them out free of charge.
