Cafe and Coffee Shop Signage
A cafe sells to people on the move, so the signs that earn their keep are a fascia that says what you are, an A-board that stops people mid-stride, and offers at the counter where the queue forms. We make them for cafes and coffee shops across the UK at our Manchester production HQ.

Amazing work, never had a bad experience with these guys.
Will at Liberty signs have wrapped all of our vehicles over the past 7 years or so and each time I’m blown away with the quality. The team work to tight turnaround times and always deliver. Nothing is ever to much even when I’ve had adjustments made to the sign wrapping further down the line. I would 100% reccomend Liberty signs.

Common questions
What should go on a cafe A-board?
One offer people can take in at a glance, such as a seasonal drink or a breakfast deal, plus your name. Our aluminium A-boards start from £66.00 and use snap frames, so the poster can change with the season. A board on the pavement usually needs the council's permission, so check with them first.
Can you print menus for the counter and the tables?
Yes. Table top signs and acrylic card holders suit menus and QR codes on tables, and strut cards stand on the counter for a drink of the month. All three are priced online with no minimum quantity, and card holders can be ordered empty if you print your own inserts.
How can a cafe window work harder?
The glass is advertising space you already have. Glass manifestation can carry your logo, or a solid 600mm frosted band at seated height that gives window tables some privacy while keeping the room bright. Full printed window graphics are quoted per job.
Can you make a neon sign for a coffee shop?
Yes. Our neon signs are made in LED neon to your artwork, so a logo, a slogan or a line from your menu all work. They take 7 to 10 working days to make once you approve the proof, and are quoted by our team.
Can you brand our coffee van or cart too?
Yes. Van lettering, printed vehicle graphics and magnetic signs are quoted per vehicle; see vehicle signage. We wrapped SWIG Coffee's portable van so it stands out wherever it parks.
Does a cafe sign need planning permission?
An unlit fascia on business premises is often covered by deemed consent in England, but illuminated signs and signs in conservation areas or on listed buildings usually need advertisement consent. Our planning permission guide explains the basics; check with your local planning authority before you order.
