Common questions
How should a barber shop display its price list?
A printed panel on stand-offs keeps the list tidy and readable from the chair. Brushed aluminium gives a classic barber look and clear acrylic suits a lighter, modern salon; both are priced online, and when prices change you only replace the panel.
Can window graphics give clients privacy?
Yes. A solid 600mm frosted band of glass manifestation at chair height blocks the view from the pavement while keeping the shop bright, and can carry your logo. It is priced by area, from £24.00.
Is a projecting sign worth it for a barber shop?
On a street where people walk past rather than look across, a projecting sign is often seen first because it faces along the pavement. A lit, double-sided projecting lightbox works after dark, and non-illuminated projecting signs are made to order.
Can you help us sell hair products at the counter?
Acrylic display bridges lift products off the shelf, product glorifiers frame a single hero product, and strut cards carry an offer by the till. There is no minimum quantity, so you can start with one of each.
Can you make a neon sign for a salon?
Yes, in LED neon to your artwork, quoted by our team; see neon signs. Your logo or a short line on the mirror wall works well in photos, and you approve a proof before anything is made.
Do I need permission for a new barber shop sign?
An unlit sign on your shop is often covered by deemed consent in England, while illuminated signs usually need advertisement consent. If you rent the unit, check your lease too, as landlords often want to approve signs first. Our planning permission guide explains the basics.
