Full Wrap, Half Wrap or Logo and Lettering?
Updated ·3 min read
Logo and lettering is the budget-friendly choice: your name, logo and contact details on a small area of the van. A half wrap covers far more of the vehicle for more impact. A full wrap gives the most coverage and suits brand-led businesses. On a medium van, guide prices start from £450.00 for logo and lettering, £1,500.00 for a half wrap and £2,280.00 for a full wrap, including VAT.

What Each Package Covers
The coverage below is the approximate area of printed vinyl for each vehicle. Wrap prices exclude roof coverage unless stated.
- Logo and lettering: your name, logo and contact details. About 3m² on a small van, 4m² on a medium van, 5m² on a large van, 6m² on a Luton van and 4m² on a pick-up truck.
- Half wrap: about 8m² on a small van, 12m² on a medium van, 18m² on a large van, 24m² on a Luton van and 10m² on a pick-up truck.
- Full wrap: about 15m² on a small van, 22m² on a medium van, 30m² on a large van, 42m² on a Luton van and 18m² on a pick-up truck.
A Luton van has a large flat box body, which gives plenty of space for bold branding.
Who Each One Suits
- A new business on a budget: logo and lettering puts your name and number on the road for the lowest guide price.
- Trades who want the phone number seen: logo and lettering keeps the focus on who you are and how to reach you. If you want more presence, a half wrap adds colour and space for a short message.
- Brand-led businesses: a full wrap turns the whole vehicle into your brand. It suits businesses where the look of the van matters as much as the message.

Design Tips for Vans
- Make the phone number and web address large. People read a van from a distance and often for only a second or two.
- Put your contact details on both sides and the rear. Traffic behind you sees the rear, and the sides are seen from the pavement.
- Keep the message short. Your name, what you do and how to reach you matter most.
- Use strong contrast. Light lettering on a dark background, or the reverse, is easier to read than similar shades.
- Leave space around the lettering. A crowded van is harder to read than a simple one.
Our designers can lay out your graphics from a logo or a brief, and you see a proof before anything is made. If you want to match an existing livery, send brand guidelines or photos of your current vehicles. Pantone and RAL references help.
Next Steps
