Exhibition and Trade Show Signage
A trade show stand has a few seconds to stop people walking the aisle, then has to explain what you do and show the product. Most exhibitors build it from a backdrop or roller banners, a counter with displays and price cards, and pieces that pack down for the next show.

We recently used Liberty Signs after having new cladding to our business premises. We were very impressed with the service, from the initial contact to the final installation. The team was efficient, professional, and helpful throughout the process, making everything straightforward from start to finish. The quality of the signage was excellent, delivered on time, and exactly what we wanted. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for great service and high-quality signage.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Liberty Signs to anyone looking for reliable, professional signage services. Fantastic experience all round.
Amazing work, never had a bad experience with these guys.
Will at Liberty signs have wrapped all of our vehicles over the past 7 years or so and each time I’m blown away with the quality. The team work to tight turnaround times and always deliver. Nothing is ever to much even when I’ve had adjustments made to the sign wrapping further down the line. I would 100% reccomend Liberty signs.

Recently had some stickers/logos done for one of our race trucks, very impressed with their service. Will created a few designs to show me, communication was great, and after picking a design a team was sent for installation — great bunch of lads, they did an amazing job.
Contacted Liberty Signs for my food van Vinyl Stickers, through their website and corresponded via WhatsApp. Brilliant communication, handle all my requests and questions with professionalism, speed and friendliness. Fantastic quality and fitting. They look superb. Thank You very much!

Common questions
What do I need for a shell scheme stand?
A shell scheme gives you walls but no branding, so most exhibitors add printed Foamex panels cut to the wall size, a roller banner or two, and displays for the counter. Check your organiser's exhibitor manual for panel sizes and fixing rules before you order, as they vary by venue.
How big is a roller banner?
Ours are 850mm wide and 2000mm tall, with a budget or premium cassette, and take 1 to 2 working days to make from proof approval. Next day delivery is available at checkout if the show is close.
Do you make a fabric display backdrop?
Yes. The fabric display stand is a portable straight backdrop, quoted by our team. Tell us your stand size and send your artwork, and we will confirm the size and price.
How should we display products on a stand?
Acrylic display bridges raise products off the counter, product glorifiers frame a launch product with your branding, and strut cards or card holders carry prices and QR codes. There is no minimum quantity, so you can order exactly what the stand needs.
Can we reuse our stand at the next show?
Most of it travels. Roller banners retract into their cassette, the fabric stand packs down, and card and poster holders take new inserts. If you exhibit at several venues, order panels in a size that fits all of them.
