Roller banner size and prices

Every roller banner we sell online has an 850 × 2000mm printed graphic. These are today's starting prices for one banner with standard print, including VAT:

  • Budget cassette: from £84.49
  • Premium cassette: from £115.74

On roller banners the price per banner drops as you order more, and the calculator on the product page shows the saving as you change the quantity.

Why 850 × 2000mm works

At 2 metres tall, a roller banner puts your logo and headline at eye level or above, where people can see it across a busy room, while its narrow base takes up very little floor space. That makes it easy to fit beside a stand, a reception desk, a shop entrance or a stage.

The printed graphic retracts into a self-contained base for transport and storage, so a roller banner is quick and simple to put up and needs no specialist fitting. It suits exhibitions, events, receptions and retail spaces.

Budget or premium cassette

The cassette is the base the graphic rolls into, and both of ours hold the same 850 × 2000mm graphic. Choose the budget cassette for the lowest price, or the premium cassette if you want a step up. The product page shows the price for each, and if your banner will be travelling to a lot of events, ask us which one suits you best.

Designing for a tall, narrow banner

People read a roller banner from top to bottom, often from a few metres away, so put your logo and main message in the top half and keep the wording short. The lowest part of the graphic sits close to the floor, where tables, people and the base itself can hide it, so it is the place for a web address or social handles rather than your headline.

Supply your artwork at 850 × 2000mm with 3mm of bleed on every edge, and keep text and logos at least 5mm in from the edge. Your proof shows both guides. Our guide to preparing artwork for print has the full setup, and if you have no artwork, our design service can create it from your brief.
