Delivery and Installation

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and next day delivery takes 1 working day, both counted from dispatch. Add the production time shown on the product page to get your total.

Standard delivery is £9.95, or free on orders of £150 or more including VAT. Next day delivery is £14.95. Very heavy orders go by pallet or multi-parcel from £49 (2 to 3 working days). You always see the price at checkout before you pay.

Yes. We make everything in Manchester and deliver UK-wide.

Anything over 1.5m on a side is too big for our standard courier. Choose large-item delivery at checkout, pay for your order as normal, and we'll email you a delivery price to approve, usually within one working day. Nothing ships until you've confirmed it, and you can switch to collection or cancel for a full refund if it doesn't suit.

Yes, collection is free. Choose collection from our workshop at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready at Unit 8 Mosley Rd, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1HQ.

Yes. We email you the tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can also check progress on the track order page.

Take photos and let us know, ideally within 48 hours, by emailing info@libertysigns.co.uk with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full.

Yes, on request. Tick professional installation at checkout and nothing is charged for it there. Our team will contact you after your order to discuss your site and confirm a price, and delivery is included with installation.

Yes, many of our products need no specialist fitting, such as roller banners, PVC banners and pavement A-boards. If you are unsure about a fixed sign, ask us before you order.

Some signs, particularly illuminated ones, need advertisement consent from your local council. Check with your local planning authority before you order.
